Try some of Kenny’s favorite recipes
Mexican Casserole Bake
1 lb. Lean ground beef 1 (1.2 oz.) pkg. Taco spices & seasonings 2 cups chicken broth ¼ cup flour 1 cup sour cream 1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies 1 (11 oz.) pkg. Corn or tortilla chips 2 cups grated Kenny’s Farmhouse Monterey Jack or Jalapeno Jack Cheese ½ cup sliced green onions with tops In medium skillet, brown meat and stir until crumbly. Drain fat. Add taco seasonings; blend well. In small bowl, combine the broth and flour. Add to the meat mixture. Bring to a boil to slightly thicken mixture. Stir in sour cream and chilies. Blend well. In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, place ½ of beef mixture, ½ of cheese and ½ of onions. Layer again with remaining ingredients, ending with green onions. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
