Try some of Kenny’s favorite recipes
Ham and Bleu Cheese Salad
3 cups dried bow tie pasta uncooked 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted 1/3 cup grated Kenny’s Farmhouse Asiago cheese 2 tbls. Chopped fresh parsley 1 tbls. Minced fresh rosemary ½ to ¾ tsp. freshly ground pepper 4 oz. cooked ham, cut into strips 4 oz. Kenny’s Farmhouse Barren Co. Bleu Cheese crumbled (or Bleu Gouda) 1 clove garlic, minced ¼ cup olive oil Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and place in a large serving bowl. Add pecans and next 7 ingredients, tossing gently to coat mixture. Serve immediately or cover and chill thoroughly, if desired. Yield: 6 servings
