Mexican Puff Pastries
 
 
1 sheet of puff pastry, 1/8 inch thick
1 egg
˝ cup water or milk
1 cup grated Kenny’s Farmhouse Jalapeno Jack cheese
 
On a cutting board, lay one sheet of puff pastry flat (eighth of an inch thick). Mix egg and milk together to create an egg wash.
 
Lightly brush the sheet with the egg wash, and sprinkle Kenny’s Farmhouse Jalapeno Jack cheese over the puff pastry. Pres cheese into puff pastry so it sticks. Flip sheet Over and repeat with cheese again. From each end of the puff pastry, roll inwards into A log.
 
Slice one inch pieces from the log to form leaves. Place each leaf on a pan with twice The amount of space between them. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
