Chive Blossom-Sage Cheese Log
8 ounces Kenny’s Farmhouse Aged Cheddar Cheese 8 ounces cream cheese ˝ cup fresh sage, chopped ˝ cup chives, chopped fine 10 chive blossoms Grate Kenny’s Farmhouse Aged Cheddar Cheese. Chop the sage and chives. Separate Chive blossoms from central stem and reserve. Add sage and chopped chives to cream cheese. This step may be done with a food processor. Add grated cheddar to cream cheese mixture by hand. Form into log and roll firmly into chive blossoms. Wrap in foil or plastic wrap. Use within 5 days or freeze for longer storage. The log slices easily to use on crackers, bread, pasta or vegetables.
